As a former competitive gymnast for over 10 years, I eventually found myself drawn to yoga. I started long distance running discovered yoga and used my practice to use as a cross training exercise to compliment my long runs. A year into my yoga practice I found that it had changed from a means of stretching into a full body and breath connection. This awareness is something I wanted to share with others as the daily practice helped me not only physically, but emotionally as well.
After practicing for three years, I knew there was only one path my life should take. I became a fully trained yoga instructor in April 2016 and am a 200 hour RYT instructor in Vinyasa.

My goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone. I have found myself intimidated by certain classes or teachers, and I want to ensure that no matter what your level of practice, you will find the confidence to get on your mat. Through creative and lighthearted, yet challenging flows, I strive to bring a sense of levity to the mat so that you leave the class feeling better than you did when you began.

From power vinyasa flows to gentle stretching and calming practices, we can work together to create the perfect session for you and your needs. We will address everything from back pain and headaches, to stress and insomnia.
